Baby Yoga

Ages: 12 weeks up to crawling 

A gentle introduction to yoga for infants and their caregivers. This class focuses on bonding through movement, breath, and relaxation techniques. Activities include gentle stretches, songs, and sensory play to encourage motor skills, coordination, and body awareness in babies.


Toddler & Me

Ages: 1 to 3 years

Get your wiggles out! This interactive class encourages toddlers to explore movement through playful poses, songs, and games. Caregivers participate alongside their toddlers, fostering connection and fun while developing motor skills and coordination

Little Yogis

Ages: 3 to 5 years

Designed for preschoolers, this class invites little yogis to explore their bodies, express their creativity, and develop mindfulness through playful movement and imaginative activities. Classes incorporate music, storytelling, imaginative play, and basic yoga poses.

Kids Yoga

Ages 6 to 12 years

This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Kids will learn various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods. This class encourages self-expression, confidence, and social interaction through group activities, partner poses, and games.

Family Yoga

Ages-4 and up

This class encourages families to connect, relax, and enjoy the benefits of yoga together. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, everyone is welcome!

Girl Scout Troops: We offer special yoga sessions for Girl Scout troops that focus on team building, mindfulness, physical fitness, and confidence. Option to earn badges.
